Travis and I decided to do his schooling throught the Air Force and he got sworn in today! He was sworn in as a 2nd Lieutenant and will be a Captain once he is out of Med School. So he is already ranked above people that enlist normally and they already have to salute him! :) The Air Force will be paying for his tuition and fees, plus giving us a monthly stipend to live on. We are doing a 3 year scholarship so all that is required of us once he is out of Med School is for him to work as a doctor on an Air Force base for 3 years but he will be getting paid for it. I think it will be a really fun adventure for us to be able to do this and meet all sorts of people. It will be fun to see what base we end up on for 3 years!

Hello Air Force

What base for three years? You'd be lucky to stay in one place for that long. As James and I like to move every couple of years, we would have done well to take the military route. We didn't know that about ourselves until our education was over. Oh well. Enjoy the adventure.
